I am still not understanding Japan

So there’s this anime called “Kiss x Sis”. About a boy who has two girls vying for his affections. Sounds fine and dandy until you realize the girls are his sisters. And that they seem way too interested in giving him a handjob. Yeah I am not getting this at all.
